Boynton Beach Movers Working the Intracoastal and the 55-Plus Communities

Boynton Beach sits north of us, an easy run up I-95 or Federal Highway past Delray. The city hugs the Intracoastal Waterway and the Boynton Inlet, with marinas, waterfront condos, and the big gated and active-adult communities spread out toward Military Trail and the Turnpike. We move all of it, from a townhouse off Congress Avenue to a third-floor unit overlooking the water.

Waterfront Buildings and the Sprawling Gated Communities

Along the Intracoastal, the condos near Ocean Avenue and the inlet run on association paperwork: a COI naming the building, a booked freight elevator, and pads on the walls. We file all of that before the date. West of I-95, the gated communities like Valencia and the 55-plus enclaves off Hagen Ranch Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard control access at a guarded gate and often restrict move-in days. We get the crew cleared and confirm which days the association allows so the truck is not sitting at the gate.

Boynton is a snowbird town, so a chunk of our work clusters around the October-to-April season when units fill up and the move-ins stack. We book early into that window, plan around the afternoon storms in summer, and load in the cool morning hours to keep the crew and your furniture out of the worst heat. We also see plenty of moves between Boynton’s own neighborhoods, from a rental near Congress Avenue into a purchased condo by the water, or out of a 55-plus unit when the season ends, and we treat a short local hop with the same care as a full house.

Boynton Pricing

Local moves run $165/hr for two movers and a truck, $225/hr for three. The drive from Boca is short, so the clock favors you. A $150 deposit reserves the date and applies to the total, and you get a binding written estimate before move day.

Boynton Beach Reviews

★★★★★

“Smooth move out of Coconut Creek into East Boca. Two movers and a truck, everything included in the hourly, no surprise charges. They taped and blanketed the TV and mirrors so nothing rattled loose. Good people.”

“Hired two of their guys for unloading only when our container arrived from up north. $165 an hour, no equipment minimum. Four stars because they showed up about thirty minutes late after I-95 backed up, but they phoned ahead to tell me so I wasn't left wondering. Once here they had it emptied and carried up to the third floor faster than my whole family could've managed in a weekend. Worth it.”

“Full house move during hurricane season, which made me nervous, but the office kept an eye on the forecast and we picked a clear day. Crew loaded early to beat both the heat and the daily afternoon downpour. Wrapped everything against the humidity. Estimate held, no add-ons at the end.”

FAQ

Our building sits right on the Intracoastal with a single freight elevator. Can you work around that?
Yes. We reserve that elevator for your window with the management office, put the pads up, and stage the load so the crew keeps moving instead of waiting. We also have the COI naming your association on file before the date.
The community out west only allows move-ins certain days. Will that be a problem?
Not if you tell us up front. Many Boynton gated and 55-plus communities limit moves to specific weekdays and hours. We schedule your date inside their allowed window and clear our crew at the gate ahead of time.
We are coming down for the season. When should we book?
Boynton fills up fast from October through April. The earlier you lock a date in that stretch, the better the choice of times, since the snowbird move-ins crowd the calendar. A $150 deposit holds your slot.
